Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has transferred two workers of the quality inspection at Ferrari to another department. The two are being held responsible for the technical difficulties the F 310's suffer.

Ferrari saw both their cars out of the British Grand Prix, last weekend, with technical problems before even lap 10.

Ferrari were testing with almost the same car used in the British Grand Prix to see what was wrong. Irvine drove 68 laps without any problems. Ferrari seem to get it right during the tests but racing is a different story. Irvine tested with a best time of 1:27.788.
