The prosecution and defence have given their final statements at the 'trial Senna' today. The prosecution has demanded sentences of suspended sentences for Patrick Head and Adrian Newey, while he wanted the accusation against Frank Williams shelved. The defence argued that it is still not proven who is responsible, if anyone.

Judge Antonio Costanzo stated he would now consider the verdict. He will announce this verdict on December 16.

Both the defence as well as the prosecution have an automatic right to appeal, no matter what the verdict is.
