Michael Schumacher again faced speculation after the race over the incident he had with David Coulthard - when he tried to overtake the Scotsman. Schumacher could face disqualification if he intentionally took someone off. Schumacher stated however: "There was really nothing to worry about because it was a normal racing incident. And David and I just had a little chat."

Norbert Haug commented: "We invited Michael to come and see us and that was that. He came for a drink because we are old friends anyway. There are no problems and I don't think that David seriously thought there were in the first place."
