Stewart Grand Prix announced today that Johnny Herbert has signed a two-year deal with the team, as of next season.

Stewart will be Herbert's fifth team in Formula One. The 34 years old Briton debuted in Formula One at the 1989 season, and started 125 Grand Prix since. He won two races in 1995 for Benetton, and had 6 podium finishes.

Stewart Grand Prix did not announce who will be Herbert's team-mate next year, as it is still unclear whether current driver, Rubens Barrichello, will remain with the team.
