Jean Todt has warned not to be too optimistic after the one-two his team scored this weekend.

"I think they had an advantage over us here and I hope that will be changed at the Nuerburgring in the next race where we should be more competitive. I hope so but let's see. We have really made progress with our engine and with the tyres... But I have to admit I am a superstitious man," Todt said. "Things do not work out how you think or predict, so I am not saying anything more. No guessing about the future from me. Things are equal now and the championship will be decided in the next two races. That is it. The most important thing for us is not to relax, not to celebrate anything more now. We have done well but we have done nothing yet. We still have so much to do. We have to keep our feet on the ground."
