Albert Park Organizers Lose Money Again

The Australian Grand Prix was again, as in the last four years, financially unsuccessful for the organizers. Even though the venue brought in an estimated 354 thousand visitors, Albert Park is at a disadvantage as the track and facilities need to be reconstructed each year. However, Formula One fans are estimated to have injected 100 million dollars (US) in the Melbourne area during the week of this year's Grand Prix.
