German TV station RTL reports today the return of yet another historic track to Formula One in 2002 - The French Grand Prix will return to the Paul Ricard circuit at Le Castellet, previously host to 14 Grands Prix.

Head of the Formula One Administration, Bernie Ecclestone, has himself bought the track at Le Castellet, and is reportedly about to spend multi-million Dollars in order to modernize the track.

The name Paul Ricard, which is the name of its founder, will remain intact.
