New Formula Racing School to open in Deux Montagne, Quebec

The Auto Sport Basi Racing School is gearing up to start their 2000 season at the Circuit Deux Montagne in Canada, this coming May.

James Besmer, the former operator of the Jim Russell Racing School in Mont. Tremblant is the founder of the Auto Sport Basi Racing School, and brings his 27 years of race training experience and expertise to the new facility located just minutes from Downtown Montreal.

With a fleet of 30 racecars, the schools format will include Introductory, Advanced and Pro level race driver training programs. The school will be using Formula 1600 and Formula 2000 racecars, Corporate and Defensive Driving programs will also be offered to customers. Pro National and Regional F1600 racing series and testing are also available with the School's Professional Race Team.
