Michael Schumacher's manager Willi Weber believes the recently crowned World Champion will stay in Formula One until he is 40.
The German extended his contract with Ferrari until the end of the 2004 season, which means he will race for the Italian team for nine seasons. 32-year old Schumacher clinched his fourth title after winning a record-equalling 51st Grand Prix in Hungary ten days ago.
Weber says Schumacher is still enjoying what he does, and he thinks he will not stop racing in Formula One until he turns 40 in eight years time. Weber also thinks the German will never drive for a different team.
"As thing stand now, Michael will race until he is 40," Weber told Bild magazine. "He is enjoying it at the moment, and he's not thinking about stopping.
"He will not move to a different team. Maybe he will renew his contract," he added. "But Michael will always stay at Ferrari."
