Ex-Williams driver Jenson Button admitted he would like to embarrass his former team this season with his performances.
Button, who made his Grand Prix debut last year with the BMW-powered Williams team, was replaced by Colombian Juan Pablo Montoya for the 2001 season, moving to Benetton to partner Italian Giancarlo Fisichella.
After finishing in eighth place in the drivers' championship in 2000, Button aims to improve with the Renault-owned outfit, and one of is targets this year is to embarrass Williams.
"I am niggled about what happened at Williams although grateful for the chance they gave me," Button said. "I speak with Frank on the phone but I am determined to show what I can do with my new outfit.
"We will be trying to beat every team of course, but I can't deny I'll enjoy it if we can embarrass Williams a bit. Montoya has looked quite good in testing but I don't see anything to suggest he's better than me."
