Badoer to Return to Testing on Tuesday

Luca Badoer will return to testing for Ferrari on Tuesday, 23 days after crashing at Barcelona, the Italian team have confirmed.

Italian Badoer will return to action at Ferrari's official Fiorano test track after flipping over a tyre barrier during testing at the Circuit de Catalunya on Januray 21.

Ferrari were represented by Brazilian Rubens Barrichello at Fiorano on Monday with a six-hour workout. He completed 52 laps in the F1-2000 with a quickest lap time of one minute and 1.077 seconds.

Barrichello worked on electronics and did nine practice starts as well as performing eight pit-stops as Ferrari gave the entire team a workout. He will move to Mugello for further testing on Tuesday in the F2001.
