Barrichello Works at Mugello

Tuesday February 13th, 2001

Brazilian Rubens Barrichello returned to the Mugello circuit on Tuesday, continuing the pre-season testing for the Ferrari team.

After running at Fiorano on Monday with the old F1-2000, Barrichello returned to the Mugello track to continue development work on the F2001.

In ideal weather, the Brazilian driver was able to run continuously, covering 65 laps without any technical problems, with a best time of 1:24.627.

Testing at Mugello will resume on Friday, with Michael Schumacher driving.
