Ferrari Conclude Preparations at Fiorano

Wednesday February 21st, 2001

The Ferrari team concluded on Wednesday their preparations for the Australian Grand Prix, as world champion Michael Schumacher worked at the Fiorano track.

The German driver worked at the wheel of the old F1-2000, concentrating on practising starts and pit stops, completing a total of 82 laps with a best time of 1:00.518.

The three F2001 chassis that the team will use in Australia will leave for Melbourne from the Malpensa airport this Saturday.
