The Toyota Formula One team wrapped up their third testing session at the Paul Ricard circuit in southern France, where Scot driver Allan McNish completed more than 200 laps with the team's first car.
The Japanese team, who will make their Grand Prix debut in the 2002 season after spending this year developing their prototype car, concentrated on long runs, doing set-up work as well as tyre testing for Michelin.
"We made some improvements with the chassis, which made the car feel more stable and better to drive," said McNish.
Toyota will now move to Italy, where they will work at the Imola and Monza circuits throughout June.
