New Manager at Jaguar

Jaguar racing have brought in yet another new manager in an effort to make their move up the Formula One field.

Jay O'Connell, Ford Racing’s CART programme manager since 1998, has joined the team as the vehicle systems engineering manager, and will oversee vehicle dynamics, vehicle testing and the car test team.

Joining on a two-year contract, he will also set-up the advanced research and development team in an effort to help Ford's resources work for the team.
