Arrows Appeal FIA's Decision Over 'Dangerous' Wing

The controversial wing on the Arrows carThe Arrows team have decided to appeal the FIA's decision to ban the new wing introduced by the Leafield-based outfit at the Monaco Grand Prix.

The radical new wing, attached to the nosecone of the car, was deemed "dangerous" by the FIA's technical delegate Jo Bauer and so Arrows were forced to remove it for the remainder of the weekend.

However, despite presenting an appeal, the race stewards have decided the wing will not be allowed during the Monaco Grand Prix, no matter what the outcome of such appeal is.

The Jordan team were also forced to remove a new wing introduced for the Monaco Grand Prix.
