 Hakkinen: Kimi Will be Alright at McLaren Thursday October 18th, 2001 Two-time World Champion Mika Hakkinen believes Kimi Raikkonen will have no problems adapting to McLaren, where the young Finn will replace him next season. Raikkonen, who turned 22 on Wednesday, will replace Hakkinen at the Woking-based team after the 33-year old decided to take a break from Formula One in 2002 to spend more time with his family. Hakkinen believes his young compatriot will be alright at McLaren, and added he will offer Raikkonen all his support. "He's going to have a good time with McLaren," said Hakkinen. "It's definitely a team that can give him 100 per cent support so he's going to be alright. "I am sure I can give him psychological support, but I think he has to learn to know his own way in the team. He has to learn to get the right people to support him." Raikkonen, who in 2001 made his Grand Prix debut after only 23-single seater races, scored nine points with the Sauber team, helping the Swiss outfit enjoy their most successful season since they entered Formula One in 1993.
