Sky Digital have unveiled their commentary and presenting line-up for the first live interactive Grand Prix coverage.
The broadcaster will include a sole commentator in its line-up, with former Brabham and McLaren driver John Watson the man behind the microphone.
Watson's former Eurosport colleague Ben Edwards has been signed as a studio analyst along with former Andrea Moda driver Perry McCarthy. Peter Windsor will be a trackside reporter, while long-term Sky employee Matthew Lorenzo will anchor the coverage.
"There's a good mix of talents in this team - F1 driving experience from both ends of the grid, a depth of motorsport knowledge and years of broadcasting experience," producer Charles Balchin said. "This line-up will not only explain how the interactive works but provide insights into how F1 works on each of the distinct days of the Grand Prix weekend."
Meanwhile, the Speed Channel, which will broadcast at least 13 Formula One Grands Prix this season in the United States, have announced that veteran broadcaster Rick DeBruhl will lead their cast, calling play-by-play, with analysis from former Formula One driver David Hobbs and former F1 mechanic Steve Matchett.
