Your privacy is very important to us, and Atlas F1 takes several measures to ensure that even anonymous information gathered from its visitors is protected.
Information Collection and Use
Kaizar.Com, Inc. - publisher of ATLAS F1 - is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Kaizar.Com collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
In order to use some parts of this website - such as the Bulletin Board, Bet Your Nuts, and My Atlas - a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give a minimal contact information of a valid e-mail address. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. All other information is optional. In any case, all personal information is stored on our database and are not available to anyone other than the Kaizar.Com administrators.
In order to subscribe to Atlas F1 and/or FORIX, you are requested to fill in a registration form, which includes your personal details. This information is used for billing purposes, and to contact the user in case there is a problem with his/her account. The user is also requested to provide e-mail during registration. This e-mail is used only for confirmation of registration, and to send information on services which the user has expressed interest in (such as newsletter). All personal information is stored on a separate database in a secure environment, not accessible to anyone other than the Kaizar.Com administrators.
If you make a purchase at the Atlas F1 Shop or subscribe to Atlas F1 and/or FORIX, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Credit Card Information
Kaizar.Com does not store credit card information provided during purchase on the Atlas F1 Shop or during subscription purchase/renewal of Atlas F1 and/or FORIX.
The credit card information is verified and charged during purchase, and is discarded from our server immediately after the purchase is finalised.
The credit card information is verified and submitted to the credit card charging company as 'periodic billing', with the amount, start-date and peridocity (how often the charge is made). Only the below information is thereafter saved on our server:
When a user wishes to change his/her credit card details, used for the periodic billing, he/she will be required to enter the full details again, since we must re-submit the information to the credit card charging company. Again, once the information is submitted, only the above two items of information are stored and all other information - including the full credit card number - is discarded.
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'.
Communications from the Site
We may send all new members of our services which require registration a welcoming email to confirm their details and verify password and username. We do not send any other e-mail however established members might occasionally receive information from us on new services, and special annoucements.
Newsletter updates are sent only to users who have specifically registered for the service. All registered users can at any time cancel the service on our website.
Our staff will not look at or read your email and/or Private Messages unless it is necessary to resolve a technical issue. In almost all cases, we will clearly inform you of the need to do so, and we will seek your permission before opening your mailbox on our servers.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the user's wishes.
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about a page on our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Atlas F1 will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. We do not, however, store this information on our server nor do we keep any record of the referral request.
