It seems it's already tradition: the Elf Masters, the Karting event, now being held for the sixth time at the end of the Formula One season and according to the organisers will have a great line-up. The event will take place on November 28th and 29th at Bercy, Paris (France).

The event has struggled with getting the 'big names' to the track in the past and when they did succeed in doing so some drivers accused 'the stars' of getting better equipment and treatment. The people responsible just say it's great.

This year's line-up will feature names like: newly crowned Formula One World Champion Mika Hakkinen, Alessandro Zanardi (victorious of Elf Masters 97, champion CART for the second consecutive year), Eddie Cheever (Indianapolis 500 winner), Ricardo Zonta (Champion GT1), Christian Fittipaldi, Jimmy Vasser, Dario Franchitti and multiple 500CC World Champion Mick Doohan will give a four-wheel Kart a spin. Other great drivers like Gianni Morbidelli, Johnny Herbert and Jean-Christophe Boullion will be present.

Stars from the past are also mentioned by the organisation: Michele Alboreto, Mario Andretti, Carlos Reutemann, and Jody Scheckter.
