Testing began today at 12.30 because of the rain. After a few warm up laps Michael Schumacher has simulated a Grand Prix distance split in three sections of around 20 laps each, with two pit stops. No technical problem during all the day. In total Schumacher has completed 78 laps (410 Km.) with a best laptime of 1.27.563.

The Mugello testing session is over. Next Sunday Luca Badoer will shake down at Fiorano two cars for the Australian Grand Prix.
