Ferrari Back in Action at Mugello

Tuesday July 9th, 2002

World Champions and Championship leaders Ferrari got back to work two days after winning the British Grand Prix, testing with Italian Luca Badoer at the Mugello circuit.

The Maranello squad's test driver worked at the wheel of an F2002 chassis, concentrating on tyre testing for Bridgestone, and also trying some new components ahead of the French Grand Prix next week. Badoer completed a total of 64 laps, with a fastest one of 1:23.373.

The Italian driver will continue working at Mugello on Wednesday.
