Eddie Jordan returned to Jordan Grand Prix's headquarters this morning a little worse for wear. Three day's cycling from Jordan (the country!) to Israel may have left the F1 team boss sadle sore, but it was all for a good cause; Eddie joined 50 other enthusiasts, including his wife Marie, Angie Rutherford (wife of Mike Rutherford) and dress designer David Emmanuel to raise money for CLIC - Cancer and leukaemia in children.

"It was the most amazing experience," said Eddie. " We cycled through some most dramatic scenery. We also had to endure a sand storm!. I only did half the journey because work commitments kept me in the UK for the first two days, but the others cycled 250 miles from the Dead Sea to the Red Sea. I joined them in Petra on Wednesday last week for the last few days. It is not what I am used to but it was great because it was something I would not normally do. It was fierce work in the heat but CLIC should benefit from my sweat!"
