Scuderia Ferrari-Marlboro began testing today, in preparation for the forthcoming Canadian Grand Prix today. Eddie Irvine was in action at Fiorano and he had a long day, running from ten in the morning to eight at night. The Irishman spent the day working on car set-up and brake testing with the Montreal circuit in mind. He did a total of 98 laps, with a best time of 1:02.570. Eddie Irvine continues running at Fiorano tomorrow.
