Yesterday was the second day of testing at Silverstone. Due to poor weather conditions, the track was closed all morning and running did not begin until after lunch. As a result, many teams were unable to follow their planned schedule and many teams preferred to focus on tyres testing instead.

Furthermore, due to bad weather conditions, British American Racing team postponed the the one-day test scheduled for yesterday with Ricardo Zonta.
